Six professed perpetual vows in the Society of Divine Word at St. Maria Goretti Parish, Battor on the feast of the Assumption (15th August, 2012). Presiding over the Mass was the Provincial Superior, Ghana Province, Fr. Thomas D’mello, SVD who also received the vows on behalf of the Superior General. The Provincial was flanked by his vice provincial Fr. George Angmor, SVD and Togo Provincial Superior, Fr. Peter Acorley,SVD. The homily was delivered by Bro. Pius Agyemang, SVD who powerfully urged those to profess to have the courage that Mary had to embrace all the challenges of the life they have taken.
